Payment and Booking Policy
This page explains how a booking moves from enquiry to confirmation, how payments work, and where instalments fit. It sits alongside our Travel Terms, Terms & Conditions, and Cancellation Policy.
How a booking moves
-
1
Enquiry
You share the destination, dates, and number of travellers. We come back with options and a clear price.
-
2
Confirmation draft
We send the itinerary and quote in writing, with what is included and what is not.
-
3
Deposit
A booking is confirmed once we receive the agreed deposit and issue a written confirmation.
-
4
Balance
The balance is due before the deadline in your confirmation, ahead of ticketing and hotel cut off dates.
-
5
Documents
We hand over tickets, vouchers, and visa documents, and stay reachable while you travel.
Payments and instalments
- Pay by bank transfer, UPI, card, or as your confirmation states.
- For trips booked well ahead, we can split the balance into instalments with dates agreed at confirmation.
- Airline taxes and fuel surcharges can change until tickets are issued. We tell you before we ticket.
- Instalments are for the trip balance. Supplier cut off dates still apply, so we plan the dates around them.
